SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We ship all orders with Canada Post. We offer free Expedited shipping on orders over $50, after discount and before taxes. Orders under $50 will have a shipping fee of $10 and oversized items will have a shipping fee of $15. If you require faster shipping, Priority shipping is available at checkout. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and includes things like the apartment/unit number and buzzer code (if applicable). Should an order be returned back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, your order will be automatically refunded less $15 for the cost of shipping and handling. If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to amend your address. Note that once your order is shipped, we unfortunately can't redirect or change the shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Timbuk2.ca does not ship internationally; we only ship within Canada. For all orders outside of Canada, please go to timbuk2.com.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Due to freight costs, each oversized item shipped will have a $15 shipping fee. This includes all rolling luggage. This shipping fee will be applied automatically at checkout.
