Last minute trip? Need a bag today? We offer same-day pick up at our Toronto store. Most orders are ready within 60 minutes. Our store is located in the trendy Queen St West shopping district, close to Union Station and major attractions such as the Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Nathan Phillips Square, and the Eaton Centre.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

We want to help make sure your gifts arrive right on time for the holidays! To keep things running smoothly, we’ve built in extra time for order processing and possible UPS delays. Check the chart below to see when you’ll need to place your order based on your province and chosen shipping speed.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES:

• These dates are estimated and may change without notice due to UPS holiday volume.
• We’ll do everything we can to get your order out quickly, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates once your package is with UPS.
• Please order early to avoid delays and ensure your gifts arrive by December 24!
• During peak season, order edits or cancellations aren’t possible once your order is placed.

No problem — you can still spread cheer instantly with a digital gift card. It arrives right away and lets your giftee pick exactly what they want!

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

We offer free UPS Standard shipping on orders over $99, after discounts and before taxes. Orders under $99 will have a shipping fee of $10 and oversized items will have a shipping fee of $20. If you require faster shipping, Expedited shipping is available at checkout. All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We prioritize orders with Expedited shipping— orders will be processed same day or next day.

Transit times posted are estimates. You will receive a better ETA once your order ships and a tracking number is provided. Please note transit times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delayed packages.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and includes things like the apartment/unit number and buzzer code (if applicable). If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to amend your address. Note that once your order is shipped, we unfortunately can't redirect or change the shipping address. 

Shipping notice — PO Boxes 

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided at checkout, we’ll attempt to contact you for an alternate street address. If we’re unable to reach you within a reasonable time, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Shipping notice — Territories and remote areas

Regrettably, UPS does not ship to the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) or to certain remote/rural regions so we are currently unable to fulfill orders to these locations. We kindly ask affected customers to wait until we resume shipping with Canada Post. We do apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

Timbuk2.ca does not ship internationally; we only ship within Canada. For all orders outside of Canada, please go to timbuk2.com.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Due to freight costs, each oversized item shipped will have a $20 shipping fee. This includes all rolling luggage. This shipping fee will be applied automatically at checkout.
