WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?
ELIGIBLE READY-MADE ITEMS
Most ready-made items purchased from timbuk2.ca can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned goods must be in new, unused condition with all original tags. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment or store credit if preferred.
Please note that items in The Garage and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require an exchange, simply return the original item for a refund. You may purchase the replacement at your convenience, before or after you receive your refund. If you received the item item as a gift, please Contact Us with the order details and we'll work to help make it happen.

Not 100% in love with your bag? Start the return process! Please note that this process is only for orders placed on timbuk2.ca.
Make sure the items that you are returning are eligible for returns. Any clearance items or items marked Final Sale will be rejected. Unsure if your item(s) are eligible for returns? Contact Us.
- Ensure that the bag you are returning is new and unused, with the tags attached.
- Print and fill out the return form and include it with your bag.
- Mail out your bag to the address below. You can reuse the shipping bag your order came in.
You are responsible for shipping your order back to us. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Once received, returns take about 7-10 business days to process. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the return process is completed.
If you live close to our Toronto store, you may also return your order in store. Just make sure you have your order number (found in the order confirmation and packing slip) and credit card handy! **We are still accepting returns during the stay-at-home order. Simply drop off your order during business hours and we will refund it on the spot**

If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer or a website other than timbuk2.com or timbuk2.ca, please work directly with the original place of purchase for return options.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG OR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product in your timbuk2.ca shipment, or are missing something from your order, please Contact Us. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
If your product arrived defective from timbuk2.ca please Contact Us and we'll move mountains to right your wrong.
If your bag arrived defective, but purchased from another retailer, please reach out to the retailer who sold the bag for options.
Please Contact Us and give us your first name, last name, email address, shipping address and order date. Should you have been lucky enough to have received the item as a gift, please tell us the purchaser's first and last name and email. We'll do our best to help you out.
